• Upon detection of a Terms & Conditions violation
• Until identity verification is complete
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• At the user's own request
• After an extended period of inactivity (typically 12 months)

If you wish to close your account, you must notify our support team in writing. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.
